Providing guidance for our dealer personnel regarding warranty matters and processes.
Providing our customers with regular updates on the cars progress.
Utilizing your skills to save us money and time by finding more cost effective parts and labor prices.
Keeping and maintaining a warranty claim register.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports for upper management.
